Plain terms.

These are the terms for using plansform.com. They are written plainly and they are a draft under legal review; where they are silent, ordinary law applies.

What Plansform is

Plansform reads a plan set you place, shows a reconstruction in your browser, and — when you press Build and pay — produces a package: a native Blender file, a portable glTF scene, previews rendered from that scene, a review report, and images generated from your elevation sheets. Every package is a draft reconstruction. The review report lists what was verified against your drawings and what was not. Plansform is a visualization tool; it is not a survey, an engineering document, a construction drawing, or a substitute for your architect.

Your plans

You confirm you have the right to use the drawings you place. Plans are read in your browser and leave your device only when you press Build. Unless you tick “keep my plans to improve Plansform”, your plans and your package are deleted 30 days after delivery. If you tick it, we keep the plans privately to improve the reconstruction; we never publish them and never sell them.

Images

Photographs in the package are AI-generated visualizations guided by your elevation sheets. They are labelled as such in the package and must not be presented as photographs of a built home or as measured renderings. You own the outputs of your package and may use them commercially; attribution is welcome, not required.

Payment and refunds

One-time payments by card through Stripe. Packs are credits for a stated number of homes and do not expire. If a delivered package is unusable, write to hello@plansform.com within 14 days and we refund it or rebuild it. Because the free preview shows the house before you pay, “the reconstruction is a draft” is not by itself grounds for a refund — the review report is.

Availability

Plansform is provided as is. We aim for packages within the hour but do not guarantee a turnaround. We may change prices and features; a purchase is honoured at the price you paid.
