Not built yet.
It still needs a file.
A construction loan is written against a home nobody can photograph yet. The file gets a plan set and a promise. This puts a dated, checksummed visual record of the proposed home in the same folder — made from the drawings the loan is written against.
Place the plan set, see it free, press Build. The record lands within the hour.
What goes in the folder.
One fee, one file, delivered as a package with its own manifest.
| The source | The elevation sheet | The exact page and crop every image was made from. |
|---|---|---|
| The record | Six visualizations + 3D | The proposed home from every side, plus the model itself. |
| Per file | $399 | Delivered within the hour, with sha-256 for every file in the package. |
This is a visual record, not an appraisal, not a valuation and not an inspection. It says what the drawings say, and its review report says what they could not verify.
One fee per file.
Self-serve by card, or invoiced for a desk. A pilot file costs nothing — ask below.
A record that can be checked.
Every visualization names the sheet and the crop it was generated from. Nothing is a stock image of a similar home.
sha-256 for every file in the package, with the date it was made. The folder can prove what it holds.
Native .blend and textured GLB, named objects, real dimensions in metres — an inspector or appraiser can open it and measure.
The review report lists, element by element, what the drawings confirmed and what they left open. A record that overclaims is worth nothing in a file.
Six photographs. One drawing set. No staging.
Every image below was generated from the elevation sheets of one builder’s five-sheet plan set, by the same pipeline that reads yours.

Labelled source-guided visualizations of a proposed home, exactly as they ship.
Is this an appraisal?
No. It is a visual record of what the plan set describes. It is not a valuation, not an inspection and not an opinion of value; it makes no statement about worth, condition or compliance.
Who typically buys it?
The builder or the borrower, put into the file at the lender’s request. A desk that wants every file to have one can standardise it — ask below.
How is it dated?
Every package carries the build date and a sha-256 for every file. Re-running the same plan set produces a new, separately dated record.
What if the plans change mid-build?
Send the revised sheets and the record is rebuilt. Both records keep their own date and checksums.
