What we keep, and for how long.

In your browser

The free preview reads your plan set entirely on your device. Nothing is sent anywhere until you press Build. The optional 2D image touchup sends a small preview image and your instruction to our image service; the plans and the 3D model are not sent.

When you press Build

We receive your project (the reconstruction plus the drawing you placed), your email, and your choice about retention. The package we make is stored so you can download it for 30 days. Payment details go to Stripe; we never see your card number. We keep the receipt email and the Stripe session id to match payments to packages.

Retention

Unless you tick “keep my plans to improve Plansform”, the plans and the package are deleted 30 days after delivery and your email is removed from the job record. If you tick it, we keep the plans privately as a test case for improving reconstruction; they are never published, sold, or used to train a public model.

Services we use

Cloudflare (hosting, storage, email delivery), Stripe (payment), OpenAI (image generation from your elevation sheets — the sheet crop and the prompt are sent; OpenAI's API terms apply and it does not train on API data by default), and our own analytics (Plausible, self-hosted, no cookies, no cross-site tracking).

Your rights

Ask for a copy or deletion of anything we hold: hello@plansform.com. Deletion of a job removes the plans, the package and the email immediately.
