    Information we collect

    During the course of your registration and use of Plansform, we collect information from you in three different ways

    1. We collect information directly from you. We collect information directly from you when you register on our website. We also collect information if you post a comment on our website or ask us a question through phone or email.
    2. We collect information from you passively. We use tracking tools like Google Analytics, Facebook Analytics, Google Tag Manager and browser cookies for collecting information about your usage of our website.
    3. We get information about you from third parties. For example, if you use an integrated social media feature on our websites. The third-party social media site will give us certain information about you. This could include your name and email address.

    Information you give us

    Registration: We ask for basic information from you in order to set up your account. For example, we require individuals who sign up for a plansform.com account to provide an email address, First and Last Name and your professional title

    Profile: If you have an account with us, we collect the information that you provide for your profile or the profile of your Firm. For example, if you have a plansform.com account, your Name and Location, a brief professional summary and mobile number is part of that public profile, along with any other information you put into your professional profile to effectively project your professional qualifications and experience. Please be aware that this is a professional platform and hence share or provide only that information that is relevant to your professional profile as you want other professionals and prospective clients to see and know about you or your firm.

    However, to protect the privacy of the user, the following information shall not be visible to anyone. These information will however be used by Plansform to connect/contact users on the platform.

    Payment and billing information: Currently we do not have any paid features. In the event when that might be available, we might collect your billing name, billing address and payment method when you subscribe to a plan. We NEVER collect your credit card number or credit card expiry date or other details pertaining to your credit card on our website. Credit card information will be obtained and processed by our online payment partner.

    Information you post. We collect information you post in a public space on our website or on a third-party social media site belonging to plansform.com. When you choose to signup/login using your facebook credentials, you authorize Plansform to access the default information made available by facebook namely, public_profile and email. Accessing this information does not require ‘User Review’ as per facebook’s policy at the time of publishing this agreement.
